Eligibility Details

To be eligible for the Lifeline Program, someone in your household must meet one of the following qualifications
On one of the following government programs:
  • SNAP or D-SNAP (Food Stamps)
  • Medicaid (Health First Colorado)
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Housing Choice Voucher​ (FPHA or Section 8)
  • Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
  • Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF)
  • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
  • Veterans Pension
  • Survivor Benefit
OR
Your economic household income must be 135% of the Federal Poverty Guideline or lower as seen on the graph below
